Hmmm, I love pumpkins, but I don’t usually carve them. I leave them whole, and then the first of November I cut them up, cook them down, and turn them into amazing pumpkin pie. Pie….sweet, savory, suculent.

I love pumpkin pie from real pumpkins! I like to roast the pieces before cooking them down for extra nutty flavor. Don’t forget to use the seeds too!
