Baby Casper!

White Collie puppy This is Henry, up for adoption with a regional collie rescue. I like to imagine this is what Casper looked like when she was a puppy.

    He’s so sweet!!! I just want to scritch those big goofy ears.

    I can’t imagine someone dumping a 5-month-old puppy. Sometimes I hate people. :(
